Garlene started her rodeo career at the age of four in 1936. Her specialty was trick roping, riding and racing with her educated pony “Sunray.” The title of the youngest Worlds Champion Cowgirl was bestowed on her at age five. She holds that title to this day. She was born to a rodeo family in Fort Worth, Texas where she currently lives. This cowgirl called Rodeo Rascal continues to promote rodeo and the Western Way of Life.
