Cleo Hearn

Legendary Cowboy Cleo Hearn is founder of the Cowboys of Color Rodeo, a non profit organization promoting the historical contributions of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans to the development of the western United States. Since 1975, Mr. Hearn has organized and produced his multi-city Cowboys of Color rodeo, the largest multicultural rodeo circuit in the country. He is a member of the Hall of Fame and still participates in the rodeo circuit and is known as “Mr. Black Cowboy. “ He is dedicated to educating while entertaining and devotes much of his time to educating the youth.
